Terms of Service

Welcome to CueCX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Strategic Advisory services and our self-service digital feedback tools.

1. Scope of Service

CueCX provides two primary modes of service: (A) Strategic Advisory, including audits and training, and (B) Self-Service Digital Products, including automated survey links and AI reports.

2. Professional Service Agreements (Advisory)

Strategic Audits and Executive Training are governed by specific project-based proposals or Managed Service Agreements (MSA). Engagement is finalized only upon the mutual execution of such documents. Advisory fees are determined by organizational scale and are generally non-refundable once delivery has commenced.

3. Self-Service Digital Products

For users utilizing our automated platform (e.g., $5 Starter Insight):

  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated survey links for internal business purposes for the duration of your purchased plan (typically 1 year).
  • Refunds: Digital products, including AI Analysis Credits and response packs, are non-refundable once the asset has been generated or delivered.
  • Usage Limits: Each bundle is limited to the response capacity and analysis credits explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Proprietary Frameworks

CueCX retains all intellectual property rights to its validated institutional frameworks, 3-question "Smart Architect" logic, and strategic reporting structures. Clients retain ownership of the raw data collected through their specific links.

5. Data Retention & Sovereignty

Data collected via self-service links is retained for one (1) year following the expiration of the active link. Institutional advisory data retention is governed by the specific Managed Service Agreement in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

CueCX shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. For digital products, total liability is capped at the fee paid for the specific bundle. For advisory services, liability is capped at the total project fee.
