CueCX is committed to data sovereignty and institutional-grade privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data for both our Strategic Advisory clients and users of our Self-Service digital tools.

1. Data Architecture

We process two categories of data:

Organizational Health Data: Information collected via surveys and audits to generate strategic intelligence.
Lead Contact Data: Information provided during inquiries for advisory services or account creation.

2. Use of Intelligence

Data is used exclusively to deliver the service purchased. This includes generating AI-driven reports, identifying churn risks (detractor recovery), and providing executive benchmarks. We do not aggregate your proprietary data for cross-client comparison without explicit authorization.

3. Data Sovereignty

Your collection links are yours. Raw response data is owned by the client (Account Owner). We utilize secure Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with multi-region backup capability to ensure high availability and security.

4. Payment Security

All financial transactions for self-service bundles are processed through secured third-party providers (e.g., Paystack). CueCX does not store complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Third-Party Processing

We use OpenAI and Google Gemini models via Genkit for automated analysis. No personally identifiable information (PII) of your survey respondents is used to train these models; data is passed only for inference during report generation.

6. Governance Rights

Account owners have the right to export or request the permanent deletion of their collection data at any time through their dashboard or via their Strategic Account Manager.
